Extremely excited to announce that 'Maybe A Whale' (written by Kirsten Pendreigh and illustrated by myself) has been short-listed by the BC & Yukon Book Prizes for the Christie Harris Illustrated Children’s Literature Prize!
The winners for the awards for 2024 won't be announced until September, so I've got to strap in for a long wait!
There are eight different prize categories for books, including poetry and fiction. You can see all of the finalists on their website here.
